Robert R. Gillispie, Esq.

Robert R. Gillispie is an attorney in Loudoun County, Virginia.  He holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from The George Washington University’s National Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts diploma from Boston University.  Formerly in-house counsel for both publically traded and privately held companies, Mr. Gillispie’s experience includes a broad spectrum of corporate practice, including corporate governance, transactional matters, and litigation.  Throughout his career, Mr. Gillispie has also maintained an active immigration practice.



Mr. Gillispie previously served as General Counsel for Alltech Biotechnology Centre in Nicholasville, Kentucky and as Senior Attorney with Lexmark International in Lexington, Kentucky.  In 2009, he founded The Gillispie Law Firm, P.C. in Leesburg, Virginia, practicing in the areas of business law, government contracting, immigration law, and estate planning.

Lindsay Hendrix has been practicing law for more than sixteen years in Loudoun County, Virginia. She holds a J.D. from the George Washington University's National Law Center and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky. 


Lindsay began her career as a prosecutor in Loudoun County, and then became an Assistant Public Defender. In 2005, she opened her own firm and practiced there for twelve years, focusing primarily on family law matters and criminal and traffic defense. In 2017, Ms. Hendrix became General Counsel at ETS Corporation in Ashburn, which gave her the opportunity to develop her skills in the areas of business, contract and immigration law. Ms. Hendrix left ETS when it was purchased by U.S. Bank, and joined the Gillispie Law Firm in December 2018. Ms. Hendrix is excited about returning to private practice, where she has the opportunity to help good people solve difficult problems.
